Lake View Cemetery

Lake View Cemetery, established in 1872 on Capitol Hill in Seattle, is the oldest incorporated cemetery in Washington State. Its 14 acres offer stunning views of Lake Union and the Olympic Mountains. The cemetery serves as the final resting place of Seattle's founding families and many of the city's most important historical figures.
