By using GraveMapper, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, please do not use our site.

2. Service Description

GraveMapper provides a searchable database of cemetery and genealogy records. Free users may access limited results. Premium subscribers get unlimited access, family connections, and CSV exports.

Records are provided for genealogical and historical research purposes. We do not guarantee completeness or accuracy of all records.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; no partial refunds for the current billing period.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never store your card information.

4. Acceptable Use

GraveMapper is for personal genealogical research only. Scraping, bulk downloading, or commercial resale of records is prohibited.

5. Intellectual Property

The GraveMapper platform, design, and software are owned by GraveMapper. Public genealogical records are provided for research purposes under fair use.

6. Limitation of Liability

GraveMapper is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the subscription amount you paid in the prior 3 months.
