Riverside Cemetery

Riverside Cemetery is Denver's oldest active cemetery, established in 1876 — the same year Colorado became a state. Located along the South Platte River, the cemetery spans 77 acres and contains graves from every era of Denver's history. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and contains the graves of many of Colorado's founders and early pioneers.
